Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms apply to the Minesweeper app (“Clássico Campo Minado” in Portuguese; package com.rudda.games.campominado) for Android and iOS/iPadOS, developed by Rudda Beltrao, an individual developer based in Brazil. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
2. Premium yearly subscription
- The app is free with ads. The optional Premium yearly subscription removes ads. The price is shown in the store before you buy (for example, R$ 12.90 per year in Brazil).
- The subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel it.
- You cancel and request refunds through the store where you bought it — Google Play or the App Store — according to that store’s rules. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- To get Premium back on a new device or after reinstalling, use “Restore purchases” in the app’s Settings.
- Premium only removes ads. It gives no advantage in the game.
3. Ads and rewarded ads
The free version shows ads. Rewarded ads (for example, to get an extra hint) are always optional: you choose whether to watch them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use the app for any illegal purpose or in a way that breaks the law;
- try to bypass the subscription or the ads by unauthorized means.
5. “As is”
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — such as the loss of saved games or statistics when you clear the app’s data or change devices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code.
7. Apple users
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
