Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains how the Minesweeper app (“Clássico Campo Minado” in Portuguese; package com.rudda.games.campominado) for Android and iOS/iPadOS handles your data. The app is developed by Rudda Beltrao, an individual developer based in Brazil (“we”, “the developer”).
1. No account, no personal data
- The game does not ask you to sign up and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location or contacts.
- The developer has no server of its own and does not receive personal data from you directly.
2. Data stored on your device
- These stay on your device: settings, saved games, statistics, best times, your daily play streak and remaining free hints.
- They may be included in your own device backup (Android Auto Backup to your Google account; iCloud on iOS). This happens between your device and your backup provider, without going through any server of the app.
- Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app removes all of it from your device.
3. Third-party services
The app uses the services below. Each provider handles data according to its own privacy policy.
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
- Purpose: show ads (banner, interstitial and an optional rewarded ad) and measure ad performance.
- Data involved: advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow it in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP address, device information and interactions with ads.
- Consent: in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and wherever the law requires it (including Brazil’s LGPD), Google’s consent form is shown before any personalized ads. You can review your choice at any time in the app’s Settings.
- Premium subscribers do not see ads.
- Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy · How Google uses data in ads: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google Firebase Analytics
- Purpose: anonymous usage statistics — screens opened, games started and finished, difficulty, hint usage and game duration ranges — to improve the game.
- It does not use the advertising identifier on iOS and does not link the data to your name or email.
- It uses Google Consent Mode: in the European Union and the United Kingdom it starts with consent denied.
- Privacy information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Firebase Crashlytics
- Purpose: crash and error reports.
- Data involved: technical crash trace, device model, operating system and app version, language, a random installation identifier, and the game state at that moment (screen, difficulty, whether you are Premium — never the positions on the board).
- Privacy information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Billing and Apple App Store (StoreKit)
- Purpose: process the Premium subscription.
- Payment happens in the store. The developer never receives your card details — only the confirmation of the purchase.
- Privacy policies: Google · Apple
4. How to turn things off
- In the app’s Settings, the “Share usage and crash data” option turns Analytics and Crashlytics off immediately.
- Personalized ads follow the choice you made in the consent form (which you can review in Settings) and your device’s ad settings: on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID; on iOS, App Tracking Transparency.
5. Sharing your result
- When you tap “Share”, the app creates an image of your result on your device and opens the system share sheet.
- Nothing is sent unless you choose to share it.
6. Region
- The app uses your device’s country (from the carrier or language) only locally, to decide which consent rules apply.
- This information is not sent to the developer.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us at the email below.
8. Data retention
- Data on your device: kept until you delete it (by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it).
- Data handled by third parties: kept according to Google’s and Apple’s policies linked above.
9. Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Because the developer does not store identifiable data, most of these rights are exercised directly:
- by turning off “Share usage and crash data” in Settings;
- by reviewing your choice in the consent form;
- through your device’s ad settings;
- or by uninstalling the app.
Legal basis: consent for personalized ads; legitimate interest for crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, always with the option to turn them off.
For any questions about your data, email beltrao.rudah@gmail.com.
10. International transfers
Google and Apple may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes too. Please check it from time to time; the policy is always available at this address and from the app’s Settings.
